Elite Abrasives sell our products through distribution only. Distributors interested in carrying our products are welcome to contact us for available distributor status. If you would like to purchase our products, you may call for a distributor in your area. Above terms granted where credit is pre-established or purchase order accompanied by credit references; otherwise, first order shipped C.O.D.

SHIPPING FROM ELITE ABRASIVES AFTER ORDERING

All in-stock items shipped within 24 hours F.O.B. Grand Rapids, Michigan by regular surface UPS (unless otherwise specified) shipping charges pre-paid and billed to customer. No penalty for drop-shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Unused catalog items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If returned products are undamaged and in original factory condition, no restocking charge will be incurred. Products returned more than 30 days after receipt require Elite Abrasives return authorization and will incur a fifteen percent restocking charge to customer. Please check the warranty page.
